I'm Vlad, founder of USATII Media. We treat the word media literally—as the systems through which an organization operates, communicates, and creates value.

Our mission is to reduce a company to the smallest sufficient set of software capabilities needed to unify its operations and complete business work.

I actually started the company when I was editing content and managing social media for hundreds of creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. That experience exposed a really big problem: organizations accumulate disconnected tools, repetitive workflows, scattered data, and processes that depend too heavily on individual effort. Editing takes hours. If you've never edited before, that's a lot.

My background in artificial intelligence, software engineering, cybersecurity, and media led me to a different model. Software should make rote work structurally unnecessary while allowing creativity and flexibility that produce exceptional results.

For communications, that may mean auditing the organization’s existing stack and building one consistent operating pipeline across channels.

For a company that wants to scale operations, it may mean constructing an ontology of your business—identifying every important entity, workflow, dependency, and decision—and then designing a unified suite of features around how your organization actually works.
