USATII builds Oasis for organizations managing social operations. This policy explains what information we collect through our public website and services, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy covers information for which USATII determines the purposes and means of processing. Customer content processed on behalf of an organization is governed by that organization’s agreement with USATII.

Job applications
When you apply for a role, we collect the contact details, résumé, employment and education information, profile links, eligibility answers, preferences, and written responses you provide. We use this information to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you, and maintain recruiting records. Applications and résumé downloads are available through authenticated administration. Optional veteran and disability survey responses are stored separately and are not displayed in the hiring application inbox. We do not share your résumé with prospective delivery partners for recruiting unless you opt in. Optional interview-transcription preferences do not initiate recording or transcription. The application form uses a self-hosted proof-of-work check and limited technical information to prevent abuse.
