About the role
You will lead day-to-day program management for a prospective QAD ERP upgrade in a manufacturing environment. - Coordinate vendors, workstream leads, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Track risks, issues, actions, decisions, scope changes, and escalations.
- Plan readiness for Conference Room Pilots (CRP1 and CRP2), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover.
- Track integration, migration, configuration, and validation dependencies.
- Run project meetings and provide concise executive reports with decisions and next steps.
- Define go-live readiness criteria and coordinate milestone reviews, acceptance, and customer approvals.
- Identify ways to prevent rework and reduce unnecessary consulting effort while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate stabilization and the handoff to normal operations.
You might thrive in this role if you:
- Have 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, enterprise project management, or technology program delivery.
- Have personally managed at least one substantial QAD ERP implementation or upgrade through production go-live.
- Understand QAD Enterprise Applications and manufacturing, inventory, procurement, finance, and supply chain workflows.
- Have coordinated CRP, UAT, data migration, cutover, and production readiness.
- Can independently manage vendors, schedules, workstreams, and executive reporting.
Experience with QAD Adaptive ERP, QAD Advanced Scheduling, QAD Enterprise Asset Management, or regulated manufacturing is valuable. PMP certification is preferred but optional.
