About the Team

Usatii builds intelligent enterprise, AI-powered software for organizations operating in complex commercial environments.

Our engineering teams work directly with companies to understand their operations, consolidate fragmented information, automate business processes, and develop software that organizations can operate and own.

A central part of our work is helping organizations establish ownership and control over their software, data, and the intelligence generated by their AI systems. This includes agentic AI, sovereign AI deployments, enterprise automation, and the development of infrastructure that allows businesses to maintain control over their technology and intellectual property.

We serve customers across manufacturing, logistics, construction, and other industries where reliable software and artificial intelligence can substantially improve how work is performed.

Our engineering philosophy is AI-native. We increasingly utilize autonomous coding agents, AI-assisted engineering environments, and modern development workflows to accelerate the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of commercial software.

Our Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs) translate operational problems into functioning software. They collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and employees to move projects from initial requirements through implementation and deployment.

Working at Usatii

We value engineers who are intellectually curious, capable of working through unfamiliar problems, and committed to producing reliable software.

We believe the practice of software engineering is evolving rapidly as artificial intelligence becomes an increasingly capable participant in the development process. Our engineers are encouraged to take advantage of these advances while maintaining a rigorous understanding of the systems they design and deploy.

In an AI-native environment, engineering is not measured solely by the amount of code an individual writes. The ability to define problems, design architectures, direct intelligent tools, evaluate implementations, identify failures, and deliver dependable systems is equally important.

Our work also emphasizes technological ownership. We seek to help organizations retain meaningful control over their software, proprietary information, infrastructure, and AI capabilities rather than creating unnecessary dependence on external platforms.

We encourage initiative, independent thinking, experimentation, and continuous learning while maintaining high standards for security, engineering quality, and customer confidentiality.
